Last month as I had mentioned in this post, I attended WPPI and met this gorgeous South African couple, Christine who is a photographer and her boy friend Iaan who does some amazing websites and development and I invited them for a last minute Destination Lifestyle Session. I am super excited for they will be experiencing of the biggest sports events in the world, the World Cup and I wish I was visiting my now new South African friends, Christine and Iaan. Thanks so much for going to other other side of the camera and being our models for this lifestyle photo shoot.

Last Year I was able to do my very first Destination Wedding which has been a blessing in my life, first because it was of a couple I adored and an old co worker so I was surrounded by friends, secondly because it would take place at the lovely Barcelo Maya Palace Resort in Riviera Maya Region in Mexico. The scenery was paradise and I never really finished blogging about this fun, beautiful destination wedding I shot along with my buddy David Toth.  ( If you are looking for a place for your destination wedding, I strongly recommend the Barcelo and you can check out a very cool forum I have found by visitors who give their feedback as well- Unofficial Barcelo Maya guide) So Ladies and Gents, before I present to you the Ceremony post, behold, many images ahead, so hard to pick my favorites, after all the view was spectacular, the weather perfect and the reception was dreamy. Special thanks to Wedding Cordinator Gabriel Barbabosa who I happen to run into last week, where? in NYC of course during the awesome Wedding Salon Bridal Show.

My downstair neighbors are quiet and reserved and we had not talked much and I actually did not know she was pregnant and then all of a sudden I saw her with a hugeeeee belly and found out she was expecting twin boys. She is already the mother of Leslie who is 8 years old and Linette who is 6 years old who were very excited to find out they would be big sisters for not 1 but 2 boys. 3 weeks ago I did not see her car for two days and thought she must have given labor and 2 days later she was already home, they were natural births and I stopped in and saw how big the boys were, one is 7 pounds and one was over 8 pounds, wowzers, no wonder her belly was so huge. I scheduled to  take newborn pictures of them and I am so pleased with the opportunity. It is so cute how twins each have their own personality right off the bat, each with their wants, needs and ways of looking at the world.  One is chubbier and crankier, the other was eyes wide awake looking curiously at the world around him. I so loved this baby portrait session, one of my favorites. God Bless this beautiful family.

Well while in Vegas, I had the opportunity to meet this sweet married couple and to photograph them along side some other photographers on a shoot out led by Stephen Knuth. Las Vegas has an important role in their love story which I can not wait to share, perhaps one of my favorite blog posts EVER. I am so excited to show you the pixs but as I am still catching up after my website launch earlier this month, cool new things in the past week and lots of commuting, so here are just sneaks for some eye candy. I know Jersey is a happening scene in the reality tv show lately with Jersey Housewives, the Jersey Shore and now Jerseylicious but NYC always pulls me right back in. There is such livelihood in NYC and one of my favorite areas that I go to a lot is Soho, oh I could live there in a heart beat. The cool thing is that I can go back home and relax in Jersey but there is so much inspiration from the City especially for a wedding photographer such as myself. My brand involves the urban and beach scene and you can not get more urban inspiration than NY. Last Saturday, I went on a NYC adventure with my boys, Lucas and Joshua. They actually always think we are going to NY every time I get on the turnpike but I surprised them with their first train ride. It was so cool to see their reactions to the whistles, noises, doors, mass people, Joshua held on tight and said he was scared, Lucas curiously kept peeking out the window in wonder and they so wanted to see the conductor collect our tickets thanks to watching the Polar Express. We headed to Macy’s to see the product launch of  Elyissia Wassungs products, 2 chixs with chocolate, the sexy fun chocolate company I love to shoot and eat as well as attend the fabulous Flower Show at Macys. It is a photographers delight but boys rather go to Toysrus so I was not able to stay there much. NYC was beautiful, tall architectural lines against the sun rays and the spring flowers and trees and people joyously walking up and down. We did a fare of walking our selves, I say around 22 blocks total for the day and before we headed back to the train station, we had 3 hot dogs, we only missed Max. We also over all had a great Easter Weekend with lots of Egg hunting and fun fun stuff.

So blog was left a lone for a bit as I worked on some glitches with the name move and my website launch and this is just I am happy its over 80 degree weather pre summer post. A very special blog post is coming up, one of my favorites so stay tuned. Here are a few shots of our adventure.
